WHAT SHOULD BE BUDGET FOR A LIMO?
This depends on the type and number of vehicles you are planning to have. Most limousine services have a rental minimum of 3 hours. Most services do not offer "pick-up" and "drop-off" service for your wedding day. A typical wedding rental package goes from $375 - $1400 for 3 to 4 hours of service depending on your vehicle preference.
Exotic limo choices come at a greater cost. For example, a standard white 8-passenger stretch limousine would rent in the $375 range, while an exotic limo, such as a Stretch SUV Hummer, Excursion, or Escalade would rent in the $1,000-$1,500 range – it is simply a matter of choice and/or what sort of impression you want to make or memories you wish to have on your wedding day!
SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY WEDDING LIMO NOW?
It is best to begin your wedding limo shopping 6 to 9 months prior to your wedding date. If you shop too close to your big day could result in not finding the vehicle of your choice.
CAN MY ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY FIT IN MY LIMO?
Many limousines are simply not big enough to accommodate 12-14+ people. Elvis Limousines and Charters specialize in exotic limos that can accommodate larger parties. When limo shopping for your wedding day, make sure you specify the number of passengers that will be traveling. Although a wedding limo might be designated as a 10 passenger limousine, keep in mind that a fully dressed wedding party may require more space than usual.
WILL I NEED A LIMO CONTRACT FOR MY WEDDING DAY?

DOES THE DAY I HAVE MY WEDDING AFFECT THE LIMO/PRICING?
If your wedding date is in the spring, we suggest starting your limo search 1 year before your wedding date. A 1 year reservation is strongly encouraged. Springtime is a very busy season that includes many proms. Limos book quickly. For wedding dates during summer, fall and winter, 6 month advanced reservations are often adequate for reserving your wedding limo.
DO WE PAY WHILE THE LIMO IS WAITING ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
The cost of your wedding day package is for the total rental time on your wedding day, even if your party is not physically using the limousine. Because the limo cannot be used elsewhere, it is part of your wedding day package. If there are 6 to 8 hours between a pick-up and drop-off, an exception might be made.
CAN WE RENT A LIMO FOR 1 HOUR?
No. Most limo companies require a minimum 3 hour booking to rent a limousine. During prom season, expect this minimum to increase to as much as 6 or 8 hours. High demand limos such as Stretch SUVs like Hummers, Escalades, and Excursions can often rent at full price with an 8 hour minimum. CAN I RECEIVE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR MY WEDDING LIMO?
Some companies may offer a discount for a rental which exceeds 8 hours. Call us to find out! Depending on the season, the day of the week, and the length of time you plan to rent your wedding limo, you may receive some reduced pricing.
