Dear Parent or Legal Guardian:

The below policies are specifically designed to help ensure that your teenager’s prom is enjoyable, safe and complies with applicable laws concerning minors.

ELVIS LIMOUSINES DOES NOT ALLOW TEENAGERS TO:

• smoke in the vehicles
• drink alcoholic beverages of any type in the vehicles
• bring alcohlic beverages of any type into the vehicles
• bring backpacks or any zippered bags in the vehicles
• take any type of illegal drugs or smoke marijuana while in the vehicles
• have intimate relations in the vehicles
• hang any body parts out of the windows or moonroofs of the vehicles
• vandalize the vehicles in any manner

Any cost for repairs of damages to elvis limousines inc. Vehicles resulting from activities of teenagers shall be borne by the teenager’s parents, legal guardian or the signer of this contract.

A $200 minimum cleaning fee will be charged to the parents, legal guardian or signer of this contract in the event the teenagers abuse the vehicle’s interior or exterior or becomes sick in the vehicle.

In the event that any member of the group becomes intoxicated or under the influence of any alcohlic beverage or illegal drug or substance while outside of the vehicle (eg. prom, restaurant, hotel, etc.), the Elvis Limousines chauffeur will attempt to contact the parent, legal guardian to notify them that the charter is over as of that moment and that all persons will be immediately returned to the address of the initial pick-up. No refundes will be made and the total agreed upon charter price will be charged.
